We've bought and sold a number of times over the years and this is the first time we've appointed Jared Young from Nichol & Young in Buderim. We had heard a lot of feedback from friends & neighbors who had successfully sold with him. We even had a referal from a friend who moved to the Coast and looked at hundreds of properties trying to find that perfect fit. We asked him out of all the properties, which Agent stood out - he said 'Hands down Jared would be the best to deal with'. We kept this in our minds and when it came time for us to sell we called him.

He had recently started his own Agency on top of Buderim in Partnership with another top selling Agent and we met up together with his co-agent Jackson. The decision became clear very quickly and we appointed Jared and were on the market within days, then we sold within days.

Throughout the process we felt very well supported and confident that we were in good hands. What came across was that Jared doesn't just know the property market, but he has so much experience behind him that he knows people! The combination of Jareds experience together with Jacksons proficient management of the entire process (aswell as showing prospective buyers through for inspection) made it a team effort. We just sold our house through Jared Young & Ammon Lammi and honestly we couldn't be happier with the result! We haven't been able to stop smiling since they gave us the great news. I first met Jared in 1990 when I was a foundation teacher and Jared was in Grade 7. I knew Jared throughout his schooling. We met him again when he was selling the land that we built on for our house and he actually built his own house a couple of houses down so we have been neighbours for quite long. I just wanted to give some insight into the experience I have had recently, selling a home we have here in Buderim.

We previously had tried to sell the property that we had it on the market with another agent. He didn't sell and it came to time to sell it again. So the decision was which agent do we use and we had some experience in our street where we knew people who had sold through Jared Young and they were really impressed and gave us feedback even the long way before we considering choosing which agent. His name (Jared) just keeps popping up all the time and when it came to the time to decide to sell, we actually gave Jared a call. So that started our motion really quick. We got together, had a chat, worked out a few sort of issues you need to decide on in terms of marketing, price, that sort of things. That went on really smoothly, very quickly. Basically, they sold within days as well.

So in terms of our whole experience, it's been absolutely a pleasure. Jackson, who helps Jared, has been on board all the time. You felt rest assured the sale is well supported and actually flew through. The other thing very important to us is the buyer is qualified and that's processed, go through, behind the scene. We are just so excited! We can't believe we sold our house just in a day. It went from in less than a week, from taking photos, getting the house ready, our first open home... and sold that day.
