I first met Jared in 1990 when I was a foundation teacher and Jared was in Grade 7. I knew Jared throughout his schooling. We met him again when he was selling the land that we built on for our house and he actually built his own house a couple of houses down so we have been neighbours for quite long. I just wanted to give some insight into the experience I have had recently, selling a home we have here in Buderim.

So the decision was which agent do we use and we had some experience in our street where we knew people who had sold through Jared Young and they were really impressed and gave us feedback even the long way before we considering choosing which agent. His name (Jared) just keeps popping up all the time and when it came to the time to decide to sell, we actually gave Jared a call. So that started our motion really quick. We got together, had a chat, worked out a few sort of issues you need to decide on in terms of marketing, price, that sort of things. That went on really smoothly, very quickly. Basically, they sold within days as well.

So in terms of our whole experience, it's been absolutely a pleasure. Jackson, who helps Jared, has been on board all the time. You felt rest assured the sale is well supported and actually flew through. The other thing very important to us is the buyer is qualified and that's processed, go through, behind the scene. We are just so excited! We can't believe we sold our house just in a day. It went from in less than a week, from taking photos, getting the house ready, our first open home... and sold that day. We had a place that we put an offer on and it fell through and they kept us in mind. And found our dream home.
