Prior to co-founding Nicholl & Young with Jared Young, Nathan worked for a large agency in Buderim, where he was the recipient of many local, state, and national awards; highly regarded by his colleagues and clients alike.
With a relaxed, friendly demeanour, Nathan quickly establishes rapport with his clients, gaining their trust, and delivering on it. Nathan commenced his career in real estate in the midst of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC), quite the baptism of fire for a rookie, but he just went from strength to strength, and has demonstrated that he can secure outstanding outcomes for his clients at any stage of the cycle.
Before commencing his career in real estate, Nathan founded and operated his own retail distribution business, and was a primary school teacher for five years.
A Buderim resident, when not working, Nathan enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and four children. He is also well-travelled, spending six months globe-trotting with the family, broadening his horizons, and connecting with people from many nations.
