Peter Andersen

Peter is an accomplished property professional with 20 years of experience in the
property and development industries in Queensland.

After graduating from the University of Queensland, Peter spent over 10 years
working for several prominent developers & construction companies in Queensland,
contributing to a number of landmark residential and commercial developments in
Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

In the last 10 years, Peter has built and developed over 85 projects through his own
property business, bringing built & new home products to market with a constant
focus on the ever-shifting needs, preferences and ambitions of property customers.
Peter and his family are actively engaged in the amazing lifestyle on offer on the
beautiful Sunshine Coast and will be seen at the coast’s surf lifesaving carnivals in
the summer and the netball courts in winter.

With wife Kelly and 3 young daughters aged 3 to 10, there is plenty of activity as the
family make their way through kindy and primary school and on to start high school
from 2026, alongside the wonderful communities here on the Sunshine Coast.
Peter is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients on the Sunshine Coast,
guiding them through what can be a daunting and complex process.

He sees clients wanting a genuine, thorough and highly skilled resource that they
